You may be a therapist/healing professional who is sensitive and intuitive, or someone who identifies as queer, polyamorous/ENM, or kinky. You may also be a spiritual person wanting to integrate witchcraft, Buddhism, or holistic practices into your healing work. In our work together, all of you is welcome—you don’t have to downplay or reshape your needs in order for them to be met.
My practice is fully online, serving individual adult clients in Minnesota, Maine, and Wisconsin. I primarily support highly sensitive healing professionals and individuals navigating trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. Sessions are available both hourly and in extended intensive formats, offering the spaciousness to go deeper.
I attune to the nuanced needs of highly sensitive individuals, as well as those who identify as queer, witchy/spiritual/Buddhist, kinky, or poly/ethically non-monogamous. At the core of my work is a deep respect for your autonomy and a commitment to creating a therapeutic space where authenticity, healing, and transformation can unfold.
Imagine stepping into a therapeutic space where your therapist understands the world through the lens of heightened sensitivity. Where the intricacies of you are deeply witnessed, held with curiosity, care, and unconditional positive regard. Here, you are free to explore the unique aspects of your experience without pressure to have all the answers, navigate on your own, or guard against being misunderstood. Your challenges, pain, desires and complexity are seen and honored, reflected back to you in ways that help you truly feel understood and held.
You notice that even when language feels out of reach or your needs are still emerging, there is space for them to surface. With attunement to your process, you begin to uncover what is present, articulate what is shifting, and identify the supports that deepen your ongoing transformation.
In this space, therapy mirrors the truths of the human experience: multiple realities coexist, and more than one thing can be true at the same time. By embracing this complexity, your healing begins to unfold, supporting richer relationships, greater self-understanding, and a more expansive way of living.
You may feel at ease knowing your full self is invited into session. Conversations about lineage, ancestral themes, intuition, gifts, guides, and energy are welcome and can be integrated into your healing journey.
My private practice is holistically focused, weaving together both traditional and integrative approaches to support healing and transformation. This includes working with the mind–body connection, the energetic body, and the ongoing relationship you may hold with lineage as a source of growth and guidance
I draw from certifications in Trauma Therapy, Integrative Mental Health, Compassion Key-Kharmic Clearings and Energy Medicine, applying these approaches to support subtle energy systems and overall wellness. I also integrate principles of Health Realization, which I have explored through multidimensional energetic healing training and group work for over eight years, to support both energetic healing and living—helping clients cultivate their own energy as a resource for mental and emotional well-being.
My spiritual path has been shaped by over fifteen years of Buddhist practice, study and educational group work in witchcraft, and leadership in queer and mental health professional community groups at Common Ground Meditation Center. These experiences inform a deeply integrative approach that honors both the practical and the multidimensional aspects of healing.
Through Brainspotting, you may find your body aligning with what you already know to be true about your experiences, needs, and healing. This process helps you access your body’s innate wisdom and its natural ability to move toward wholeness. Many people discover a depth of healing through Brainspotting that traditional talk therapy alone cannot always reach. Brainspotting is a powerful alternative to talk therapy. This somatic healing approach engages both the mind and body in the process of releasing trauma, chronic stress, and emotional/thinking patterns that often live in the nervous system as much as in our thoughts. By combining focused mindfulness, body awareness, and eye positioning, brainspotting helps the nervous system let go of what has been held inside, reorganizing stuck patterns and bringing inner strengths and resources to the forefront.

At its core, brainspotting offers a gentle yet powerful way to connect with the body’s natural capacity to heal, making it a valuable alternative or complement to more traditional forms of therapy.
When depression, anxiety, or lack of motivation make change feel impossible… You might struggle to take steps toward a healthier relationship, a job that better supports you, or relationships where you feel truly seen. Brainspotting creates space for emotional release and renewed energy, helping you gain momentum to move toward the life changes you long for.
When life experiences have dulled your connection to your inner knowing… You may find it hard to make decisions, trust your intuition, or know what feels right for you. Brainspotting helps you reconnect with your authentic self and inner knowing, strengthening your sense of clarity and direction.
When intense emotions feel overwhelming… For example, jealousy or worry may arise in polyamorous or ENM relationships—especially when a partner begins a new relationship or the dynamics of your polycule shift. Brainspotting can help you feel more grounded and secure, expanding your capacity to hold change, clarify your options, and remain connected to yourself and your relationships—if that’s your desire.
When you long to integrate your spirituality into healing… As a highly sensitive person or someone exploring witchcraft, energy work, or Buddhist practices, you may want a therapeutic approach that honors your intuition, gifts, guides, and sense of connection to something larger. Brainspotting supports deeper attunement to these dimensions, creating space for integration of both healing and spiritual growth.
Because of this flexibility, Brainspotting can support a wide range of needs—including trauma recovery, mood regulation, performance blocks, and nervous system regulation. Many clients find it especially helpful when talking alone doesn’t feel sufficient or when experiences are hard to put into words.
