Traditional hourly therapy can sometimes feel limiting. Just as you begin to open up about deeply personal experiences, the session may end—leaving you feeling vulnerable, suspended, or frustrated until the next appointment. For many, it can feel like a guessing game: struggling to name feelings, perspectives, and needs, especially when this has been a lifelong challenge.
Intensives offer a different experience. With more spacious time, there is room not only to process emotions and explore needs, but also to bring gentle attention to the defenses that naturally arise. It’s natural to hold onto what feels familiar, even when it no longer serves you. Familiarity can feel safer than stepping into change, even if you know that change could bring growth and relief. Extended time in therapy creates space to gently work through the fears that keep you stuck, helping you move toward what truly supports your healing and well-being.
This extended space also supports reflection around identity—such as being queer, poly, or ethically non-monogamous—and what it means to have real choices and support around your lifestyle as it is. It creates opportunities to explore what healing means to you personally, and how your own spiritual practices can guide you toward greater capacity and alignment, where your body and life reflect more of the truth you carry within.
I attune to the nuanced needs of highly sensitive individuals, as well as those who identify as queer, witchy/spiritual/Buddhist, kinky, or poly/ethically non-monogamous. At the core of my work is a deep respect for your autonomy and a commitment to creating a therapeutic space where authenticity, healing, and transformation can unfold.
Intensives with me range from 90 minutes to 6 hours per day and can be scheduled over one or more consecutive days. Each intensive begins with a separate 45-minute pre-intensive assessment to help determine the length and structure that best fits your needs. Every intensive also includes a 30-minute integration meeting at no additional cost. My fee is $250.00 / Hour (53-60 Minute Session). Fees are due in full at the beginning of each intensive. Payment is received by credit card via a HIPAA compliant payment app. I do offer a reduced fee option for a limited number of spots on my calendar. Please let me know if you need help affording intensives.
When life experiences have dulled your connection to your inner knowing… You may find it hard to make decisions, trust your intuition, or know what feels right for you. BSP helps you reconnect with your authentic self and inner knowing, strengthening your sense of clarity and direction.
~Flexibility and Customization – Tailored to the individual’s needs, intensives can focus on any number of topics…for example trauma, relational dynamics, nervous system regulation, connecting with your intuition, integrating the strengths of your sensitivity and spiritual practice into your healing or other priorities.
~Immersive and Focused-Concentrated time creates space to slow down, stay with your process, and go deeper into what matters most. With fewer interruptions, you can focus more fully on your healing and growth, experiencing a greater sense of safety, support, and ease while processing. Extended sessions support you in exploring what feels most present and important, while also allowing sustained breakthroughs to unfold.
~Holistic Integration and Creative Approaches-Intensives offer a multidimensional healing experience by weaving together talk therapy, Brainspotting, somatic practices, and agency wellness services. They can also integrate spirituality and holistic approaches such as energetic healing, mindfulness, art therapy, and planning for wellness practices beyond the session. With the gift of extended time, you have space to play, move, and connect with deeper parts of yourself through expressive art and other creative, experiential methods that support lasting healing and integration.
~Relational Depth-More time together fosters a stronger therapeutic alliance and nurtures a greater sense of safety, trust, and connection. Extended sessions reduce the need to set aside certain concerns, making space for more of your needs to be addressed while also creating capacity to recognize and explore recurring themes within your experiences.
~Accelerated Progress – Deep immersion can bring clarity, shifts, and relief more quickly than weekly sessions alone.
~Support for Complex Concerns – Particularly helpful for addressing developmental trauma, multigenerational patterns, or layered emotional challenges.
~Integration and Grounding – Built-in time for reflection, rest, and embodiment practices helps you process and carry insights into daily life.
You may be carrying a sense of being misunderstood that doesn’t shift, even after working with experienced therapists. The nuance of perceiving more and feeling more deeply is often not met in ways that feel accepting, known, or useful. That deep sensitivity can mean you spend much of your energy recovering from absorbing others’ feelings and feeling depleted. You may also be uncertain how to use your capacity for deep perception in ways that protect your energy—how to set boundaries around what you take in, and how to let your intuitive strengths inform your healing without leaving you drained or feeling taken from. In our work we focus on practices, boundaries, and embodied skills that honor your sensitivity while helping it become a steady resource—so your perception becomes a source of guidance and grounded presence, not burnout.
~Enhanced Understanding and Empowered Use of Intuition – develop a deeper understanding of your intuition and learn to see it as a guiding asset rather than a source of overwhelm. This clarity allows you to transform your perceptive strengths into a steady, reliable resource—supporting confident navigation of life, aligned decision-making, and ongoing healing and growth.
~Enhanced self-understanding and validation – feeling seen and known for your nuanced perception and emotional depth.
~Energy management and resilience – learning embodied skills and strategies to protect your energy from absorbing others’ feelings, reducing depletion and overwhelm.
~Healthy boundaries – developing practical tools to set limits around what you take in, honoring both your needs and your intuitive capacities.
~Grounded presence – cultivating the ability to be fully present without being drained, so your sensitivity becomes a source of guidance rather than burnout.
~Integration of mind, body, and energy – practices that combine somatic awareness, emotional processing, and intuitive insight for holistic transformation.
~Through extended, immersive work, intensives provide space to experiment, practice, and embody these skills—supporting a shift from reactive overwhelm to steady, empowered perception and presence.
My spiritual path has been shaped by over fifteen years of Buddhist practice, study and educational group work in witchcraft, and leadership in queer and mental health professional community groups at Common Ground Meditation Center. These experiences inform a deeply integrative approach that honors both the practical and the multidimensional aspects of healing.
~Supports exploring and integrating Buddhist principles—such as mindfulness, compassion, impermanence, non-attachment, right action and speech and appreciative joy—within the context of Polyamorous and Kink-informed relationship to improve confidence, abilities to identify underlying feelings and needs in the midst of change and act from a place of no harm, a sense of security in your relationships, enhance capacity for compersion
~Lean into your Buddhist practice of being with impermanence as you move through changes in the dynamics of your poly relationships, shifts within your polycule, or the release of one kink and the opening to a new kink identity. This process can foster:
~A deepened sense of self-compassion while navigating transitions
~Greater clarity when aspects of your spiritual practice align with—or at times conflict with—your poly or kink identities
~Space to integrate spiritual wisdom with evolving relational and erotic expressions
Working with the energetic signature of the elements can support the release of trauma, old experiences, and patterns that hold you back. By attuning to these natural forces, you can bring balance to your inner world and cultivate greater clarity and flow.
For example, the element of Water represents emotions, adaptability, and the ability to carve your own path. When there is too much Water, you may feel swept up in overwhelming emotions. This can look like numbing your feelings, distracting yourself with people or tasks that aren’t priorities, or holding on to relationships past their natural time. When there is too little Water, you may feel stagnant, indecisive, or disconnected from your emotions. This imbalance can leave you stuck in patterns where others seem to have more control over your life than you do. By noticing these imbalances and consciously working with the Water element, you can restore flow, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your emotional wisdom. ~Trade Mark In Process

You may have had experiences with providers who didn’t believe you, dismissed your body’s needs, or treated your healing process as excessive—or even “made up”—when it didn’t fit within their definition of what is “normal.” Some may have relied on rigid beliefs or narrow approaches, offering care that reflected their idea of healing rather than yours.
You may have also encountered providers who reduced your experience to your body size, treating it as the issue rather than taking the time to truly listen with openness and without bias. This can feel especially painful when providers are unable to hold space for the full complexity of your journey—for the truth that your healing may carry many layers, and that more than one reality can exist at the same time.
~I bring training as an Integrative Mental Health Professional to help you explore holistic approaches that support both your mental health and your overall sense of wellness. Together, we can find practices that truly fit your needs.

As a leader, you may notice little energy available for your own wellness, or that focus is constantly pulled toward urgent demands. The rapid pace of change in the world can feel overwhelming, even disorienting your leadership instincts.
Your employees or contracted providers—whether emerging or seasoned—may experience imposter syndrome, fatigue, and difficulty integrating their personal philosophies into their work in today’s shifting environment. Both you and your staff may feel inner conflict around the realities and limitations of practicing now, balancing capacity with the desire to deliver meaningful service.
A recurring theme often emerges: a deep longing to feel reconnected, to experience a sense of home and alignment in your practice, and to cultivate sustainability and fulfillment in your therapeutic work over the long term.
Agency Wellness Intensives will foster…
~Restored clarity and alignment in your leadership role
~A deeper sense of connection to your purpose and practice
~Tools to navigate imposter feelings, fatigue, and inner conflict
~Greater sustainability, balance, and fulfillment in your work over the long term
